Well for me, losing my dad started a new journey of self-discovery.
Hi, I’m Hanna, the heart behind Faux Floral UK. I create luxury faux flower arrangements that capture personal memories forever.
Every day, I find joy in bringing lasting beauty to others through flowers. So I wanted to share a glimpse into a day of my new life.
After 20 years, I said farewell to the London creative agency hustle and focused on my well-being and family. The result of which I now run my own business and enjoy peaceful morning walks to ground me, select meaningful flowers to bring joy to people and create personal connections through flowers 🌷 💞
Do I miss my previous career – right now no. Would I change anything – no I wouldn’t, because I’ve loved every part of my career, I’ve made not just colleagues but life-time friends and I can’t wait to see where this new path leads.
I never truly realised how running your own business is a whirlwind! Being not only the Florist but Marketing Director, IT Assistant, Finance Controller, Head of Sales, Website Master, Designer, Copywriter and Head of Purchasing – I can’t lie leaves my head spinning most days. But the freedom to be creative and the chance to spread happiness to others is worth every challenge. Plus, spending more time with my family means everything to me. And the support from other female founders has been incredible 💪
I know that my dad would be proud of the new path I tread. And that my mum is right by my side every new step of the way 🫶
