2024 AVAILABILITY UPDATE // Can't believe I am writing this but we now only have ONE weekend available to book for the rest of this year!! 😲 Every single weekend up until 7th/8th December has been snapped up, whether it's for a birthday, anniversary, baby shower or wedding! Our 2025 diary is also quickly filling up, so if you're looking to celebrate something special next year, now is the time to contact us.

THANK YOU // We have had such a beautiful day commemorating the 80th Anniversary of D-Day - it was so very special! A big THANK YOU to everyone who joined us - we really hope you all had a wonderful afternoon with us at Antrobus House.

Hugely grateful thanks to the lovely Sandy Ince of Sticky Toffee Jazz for entertaining us all and to all the owners of the military vehicles who created such a fantastic display on the front lawn - it looked stunning!

Thanks also to The Stonehenge Trader Your Local Community Magazine for your support with promo and pics - we cannot wait to see them.

As our D-Day commemorations draw to a close we continue to hold in our thoughts and in our hearts, all those who gave so much and paid the ultimate price, so that we could all be free. ❤️

D-DAY80 // What an emotional day! Watching the scenes from Normandy this morning and listening to the veterans' stories was certainly tear-jerking. Hearing them recount their memories of D-Day reinforces the importance of coming together, remembering, reflecting, commemorating and celebrating all that they achieved, so that we could be free. On Sunday, we will pay tribute to all those who gave so much, and we would love for you to join us. Last few tickets!

DDAY80 - AMESBURY // It's just one week until our fabulous event to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of D-Day. It seems rather apt that I am currently at the top of Combe Gibbet Hill, where the Paras trained for their successful mission on 6th June 1944.

In the fields and woods below this hill in May 1944 the 9th Battalion The Parachute Regiment, commanded by Lt. Col T.B.H. Otway DSO, rehearsed plans for their successful assault on the German Coastal Artillery Battery at Merville, France, before the Seaborne Troops landed in the invasion of Normandy on the 6th of June 1944.

Season 5 dropping soon! Whilst Antrobus House has hosted countless wedding receptions over the years, it was only in 2020 that we successfully applied for and became an approved licensed wedding venue. This means that couples can be legally married here, as well as party here!

On Mothering Sunday we remember and celebrate Lady Florence Antrobus. Antrobus House only exists because of the love she had for her only son, Edmund, in whose memory Antrobus House was built - almost 100 years ago! What a remarkable lady and a truly wonderful legacy.

It's International Women's Day! A time to celebrate all the beautiful, strong, independent ladies out there, who have eachothers' backs, hold eachothers' hands and lift eachother up. To all you brides, best friends, Mums, Grans, Sisters, Aunties, Daughters - we thank you for being you!

A shoutout too, to all the amazing women who make sure each and every couple getting married at Antrobus House has the best experience; Catherine, Lisa, Jenny and Hayley and to the guys who constantly support them; Bill, Nick, Mike and Colin. 🫶🏻
