You can always make tipsy teas.......infuse gin with Earl Grey tea, star annese, Cardonom pod. Or infuse gin with a lemon and ginger teabag, slice of lemon, fennel seeds. (Experiment to taste) Leave to infuse for at least 1 hour, or longer if possible, add tonic and serve in a vintage cup and saucer.
Don't forget "Tea tastes Finer in our Vintage China".
