Our Baybeat Streetband will be performing at Kendal Calling Festival next weekend (4 August) as part of an exciting streetband collaborative performance with Global Grooves - Manchester, Boom Dang and BLAST Furness. Featuring 220 performers of all ages, this super-sized parade brought to life in spectacular style by international Carnival specialists Global Grooves.

Look out for them at 4pm on Sunday 4 August if you're at the festival, the parade will be starting outside Kids Calling, then heading towards Parklands and looping around the new venue Roots, before returning to Desert Island Disco to do the finale static piece.

One of the finest female singer/songwriters this country has produced in years. Edwina brings together English folk, Americana and the rich Northern singer/songwriter tradition to create a sound that’s truly her own.

Our first singers night back in the Hawkshead Brewery was quiet last night, but a fantastic mix of songs, singers and stories. A wonderful day where the sun delivered lovely skies and temperatures all day and overnight too.

We are back doing some gigs in and around the old north!

We will be at Cobalt Studios CIC on 28th March doing a gig with our good friend Maddie Morris Music who has just released an album, which we absolutely love and we cannot wait to hear it in the flesh on the 28th, so grab your tickets now. Then we are travelling over to Cumbria to perform at The Lake District Folk & Acoustic Club on the 12th April for a lovely Acoustic performance for the lovely people of Staveley.
