I've had a few people over the last couple of weeks saying they've seen things on my website but it's not my site they're looking at. To top it off today, I've had a lady come in with a bouquet complaining that the flowers had arrived half dead and was adamant she had ordered from us. THESE WERE NOT ORDERED FROM US AS THEY WERE BRANDED IN ANOTHER COMPANY. I would never send out dead flowers.
I feel like I'm I'm a constant uphill battle at the moment with the larger companies somehow managing to redirect my customers to their own site, I've no idea how they're doing it so please just be extra careful, if in any doubt just please ring us on 01782 628999.
