We go again!

The Sad Club tomorrow night at 7pm.

As part of the programme for 2024 will see us perform at The Mast Mayflower Studios tomorrow evening in our transfer from our home performance. What our students have created is emotive, funny and beautifully engaging and I cannot recommend this piece of theatre highly enough.

THE SAD CLUB by Luke Barnes
With music by Adam Pleeth

As part of The National Theatre's Connection's Programme 2024, our Level 3 & Level 4 learners collaborate upon a new piece of writing, that sees us perform in our home venue at HSDC (27th & 28th March 2024) and at MAST Mayflower Studios (18th April 2024).

This is a musical about depression and anxiety. It’s a collection of monologues, songs and duologues from all over time and space exploring what about living in this world stops us from being happy and how we might go about tackling those problems.

Industry Week 2024- Day One!

A big thank you to and for coming in today to offer workshops and insightful talks/ Q&A's with our students. They were all suitably inspired, and gained greater understanding of industry standards- so once again a big thank you!

'To be early, is on time. To be on time, is late. To be late, is unacceptable.' Loved this quote from

A flashback to some of the amazing theatre that our current second year actors created last year in 'A Monster Calls'. A beautiful piece of theatre, that was exceptional in its ex*****on. Next up for them, as they currently work on their acting for screen project, filming on location, and then Romeo & Juliet!

'The argument of Time. Of this allow,
If ever you have spent time worse ere now;
If never, yet that Time himself doth say
He wishes earnestly you never may.'

And with that, we are done.

An incredible experience once again , who we can only offer our sincere thanks, for allowing us to use this beautiful space. The wonderful audiences we receive at The Great Barn, only enhance the development of our learners, offering them an experience of industry standards and the rigours of professional theatre.

To our actors and collaborators, a massive well done, you have surpassed all expectations, and have ended your time at on the acting for stage and screen course, with excellence and aplomb. I can only give credit, for the levels of dedication and detail that you have gone to, and to wish you all the best for your exciting futures, that will see you embark upon a journey full of creativity, discovery, and development.

Time, will do that for you.

Until next year Titchfield!

Adios Rustics!

PS. Actors coursework pending 😉

Here WAS a play fitted! A big thank you to everyone who has helped us achieve something quite magical down at The Great Barn this week. From Titchfield Festival Theatre for allowing us to use their beautiful space, to our wonderful level 2's and level 3's on work experience, who have ran the theatre for the week(who are now eagerly anticipating when it is their turn to take the stage at The Barn), and finally to our current second years who have worked so hard in these past 8 weeks to achieve something they should be very proud of. We know we are. Adieu.
