Such a privilege having a wedding featured in Your Herts & Beds wedding magazine .. this is my 3rd this year.
Such a beautiful February wedding full of love and laughter.
The barn look stunning and lovingly decorated by . With music by and entertainment by the guests were lovingly entertained.
Master of ceremonies and amazing Dj Ian kept the evening and dance floor full all night.
As always the guys were handsomely dressed by Paul and the tastiest cake by

Thank you Jessica & Tom for sharing 2 of their favourite photos..
Really hard to pick just one!! I like lots for all different reasons!

This one I felt like just captured a moment of pure joy and happiness I felt on the day. And love seeing all the smiling faces of our guests in the background

And very close second… this feels like the photo our children and grandchildren would look back on as our wedding photo.

And all the fireworks ones were also obviously amazing! 🤩.
My favourite photo is the 3rd one .. when the stars aline and you press the shutter on the camera at exactly the right time magic happens .. ❤️ this firework moment it’s magical and a split second later wouldn’t be the image it is.

Lauren writes ‘I adore this photo - the way we are smiling & Flash 🐶 is looking at the camera - I love how perfect a moment it captures from a magical day I will never forget. There are so many stunning photos that I love but this has got to be in my top 3.
The second photo is my favourite.. I love how Flash 🐶 is completely oblivious to the action behind him .. bravely leading the way through the confetti .. I have to say Flash was amazing all day and pretty much stole the show!.
I love animals and always have a pocket full of treats if you are inviting your fur baby to your wedding day.

Last week I ask my previous wedding couples to share with me their favourite wedding photo and why they loved it so much.. for me it is a real insight as to which photos are important to my couples ..

We LOVE that we didn’t know you were taking it/even watching it! We look so happy and in love and it really captured the mood of the day naturally ❤️❤️!

Choose a wedding photographer can be really hard .. there is so much choice and there is no dress rehearsal..
My advice look at their work, read testimonies and have a chat with photographers that resonate and see your vision.
Out working relationships is like no other wedding vendor your choose for your wedding day
My fav photo from Hollie & Brads wedding is the 2nd photo.. I alway dream of amazing sunset light for all my wedding coupes as it’s so romantic.. sadly I do’t often get it .. but when I do it’s magical.

Choosing your wedding venue is probably the biggest decision you will make for your wedding day.
This is no disrespect to wedding venues, but their web site can be a little lacking in inspiration.
So with this in mind I have put together my top 10 Hertfordshire wedding venues. Yes they are heavily
bias to the photography opportunities but also my experience during real weddings and the experience
my couples have had with the venues.. Its not scientific just a humble photographers experience..

Just to note I could have put a top 30 list together but maybe ill add to the list over time or even write a
2nd blog!! ..

The world has moved on since leaving disposable cameras on the table for guests to capture otherwise unseen moments of the wedding day. Probably more sustainable, couples are choosing to share a QR code with guests so all those little moments can be uploaded and shared easily.
