Yesterday, I came face to face with a spiteful coward who bullied me for 6 months and enjoyed destroying my well-being. He thought he was elite, deep joy, well done, you got a tan, you got the looks, you got everything…..but you can’t bully me anymore and you can’t even face me!

Yesterday at 0700, in a private gym in ipswich, the coward couldn’t bring himself to look at me despite being yards away!

8 years ago I was bullied at work to the point I simply can’t describe anymore, in my opinion…..well I can’t say due to likely repercussions, I did not feel positive towards that person

But I’m almost free, standing up strong and being who I wanna be, the government hasn’t got its hold on me anymore, nor has that person

I’m Gav, the coffee MOD and my message to everyone is don’t put up with it, be who you wanna be, best shorts I’ve ever worn combined with my

Stay strong, im taking a week off, been grafting hard.
