Eeeeekkkkk....I'm so excited with the order placed today Ursula's Kitchen 🤩.
I want to start cooking & make all the bits for the cake now 😅🙈

And this is why it was important to me when I designed my business logo for Ursula's Kitchen for a heart to be included right in the centre 😊

My vision when opening my business nearly 7 years ago was to serve my local community of & , contribute to special occasions, using the gift of creativity, love for food & hospitality I've been blessed with !!

And I am feeling so blessed in return with such wonderful people I've meet over the years !! 💗💗💗

What an incredibly busy weekend it has been in Ursula's Kitchen with a 4 am start on Saturday 😉

☆ 3 finger sandwiches ( mix of granary
& soft white bread) each with
traditional fillings :

• vintage cheddar & tomato
• home- made smoked ham,tomato,
cucumber& salad
• cream cheese & cucumber
☆ sausage roll - short crust pastry filled
with a generous amount of quality
sausage meat, bramley apple, lemon
thyme, topped with poppy &sesame
seeds
☆ Fruit scones with clotted
cream & strawberry jam

☆ mini chocolate sponge filled with
salted caramel,topped with double
chocolate ganache,twix bite,a drizzle
of salted caramel & salted pretzel

☆ Mini Victoria sponge filled with
strawberry conserve ,topped with
whipped vanilla butter cream,freeze
dried raspberries & meringue
kiss
☆ 1 melt in the mouth all
butter, almond & redcurrant jelly
sandwiched biscuit

☆ 1 strawberry dipped in dark chocolate
& decorated with milk chocolate

This weekends graze was just gorgeous!

Grazing tables are a show stopper & feast for the eye's for any party, making it easy for guests to mingle and nibble at the same time & no platters etc to wash up afterwards for the host.

It was such a fun to create a separate kidz grazing table for a 5th birthday too !

On Saturday Ursula's Kitchen provided a very special indeed !

For our son's wedding in Kentucky USA !
I baked the wedding cake sponges at home @ Ursula's Kitchen & took them frozen & well wrapped in my suitcase 😊🙈.

Also took my home- made meringue kisses, almond butter 'jammy dodgers', English chocolate for the double chocolate ganache, & the cake topper of mini Tom & Kacie made of Italian fondant.

I'm so relieved all the goodies travelled so well & the afternoon tea was a hit with all the guest & for many a first and first time drinking tea too .
Was it nerve-wracking?
Yes... not to be in my usual kitchen with the ingredients & oven I'm used to.
It always seems to work out and I had some amazing help & support 💗

Delicious, colourful & fun food for any celebration to happily graze away - offer your guest something different than a traditional buffet 😊

I absolutely loved making this Rolex watch & gift box - everything you see is fully edible and alot cheaper than the real watch 😁
