CEL has been in the entertainment and Event Management business since the release of Subhash Ghai’s "KISNA" in Hong Kong in 2005. Subsequently, CEL has distributed and exhibited various blockbusters like SARKKAR, KRRISH, LAGE RAHO MUNNABHAI, DON, GURU, GANDHI MY FATHER, OM SHANTI OM, GHAJINI, 3 IDIOTS, KITES, and DABANGG etc for the viewing pleasure of the Indian community here. CEL also partnered

with ZEE TV and managed the “ZEE NIGHT IN HONG KONG” show in October 2008 and partnered with Star Plus and managed the “Star Voice of India Show in Hong Kong” also in 2008. A thoroughly professional approach by CEL in this area (which is a first in Hong Kong) was the reason for the screening of Bollywood movies in reputed cinemas where hitherto Bollywood movies were unknown.

An evening filled with melodies from the golden era of Bollywood songs, that everybody was yearning for. Anil Bajpai, Vinod Seshadri and Neelima Gokhale mesmerized the audience in a packed theatre with the voices of Mohd. Rafi, Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar and Asha Bhonsle. A standing ovation to the artists was quite spontaneous and three hours seemed not enough.
