🚨 WE'RE HIRING EVENT COORDINATOR!

At TOLOSTUDIO, we specialize in transforming visions into extraordinary experiences with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, and deliver unique and unforgettable events that leave a lasting impression. Our team of experienced professionals brings together creativity, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail to craft immersive and engaging event solutions.

🚨 ROLE DESCRIPTION

•⁠ ⁠Event Planning Assistance: Provide support in the planning and ex*****on of events, including researching venues, vendors, and suppliers, and assisting in developing event concepts and themes.
•⁠ ⁠Logistics Support: Assist with logistical coordination, such as organizing transportation, accommodation, permits, and security arrangements. Ensure that all necessary resources and materials are available for the event.
•⁠ ⁠Vendor Coordination: Assist in communicating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services. Help resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with vendors during the event planning process.
•⁠ ⁠Budget Assistance: Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
•⁠Social media and ⁠Marketing and Promotion Support: Collaborate and develop event promotion strategies and materials. Assist in distributing promotional materials and utilizing various channels to increase event attendance.
•⁠ ⁠On-Site Event Support: Provide on-site support during events, including assisting with event setup, registration, attendee management, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Help ensure the smooth ex*****on of the event.
•⁠ ⁠Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, such as maintaining event files, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling documentation related to events.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently

🚨QUALIFICATIONS

•⁠ ⁠Fresh University graduates are welcome. Experience in event coordination and management is preferred
•⁠ Attention to detail
•⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and sponsors, must speak and read Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a plus
•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documents
•⁠ ⁠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Positive can-do attitude
•⁠ Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel & More)
•⁠ Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, iMovie, Canva
