The inspiration behind this piece featuring blue floral elements stems from my immediate association of the color with the ocean and water. The elegance of water droplets and the graceful motion of waves flooded my mind, sparking ideas on how to encapsulate those sensations and movements in my design.
To capture this essence, we painted a series of circles with fluid acrylics to replicate the flow of water. These were then attached to a sturdy frame using blue paper wires. The bouquet evokes the likeness of jellyfish, with delicate flower strands intertwined with the circles.

From last weekends Macau Fashion week show .
This second piece embraces a black theme, which posed a bit of a challenge since the model is dressed entirely in black. To bring a sense of playfulness and originality to the design, we decided to paint the artificial flowers and leaves with a white edge, giving them a striking 2D appearance reminiscent of comic book illustrations!
We aimed to keep the garment lightweight, allowing the model to move and pose effortlessly. To achieve this, we crafted a long, flowing scarf using black pipe cleaners, mirroring the design of the oversized handbag as well.
