Being our environmental ambassador, "ExhiBit" was promoting waste separation and recycling to exhibitors, contractors and visitors at the Hong Kong Book Fair. Let us share with you some moments of "ExhiBit" at work that we captured in the past few days!

Go shopping with your pets this weekend at the Premium Pet Supplies Expo, which is staging at the HKCEC from today till this Sunday. This year’s Expo is the largest ever, with more than 350 exhibition booths. Dogs owners and their dogs will have fun playing with the leisure and obstacle training facilities at the new “Fun Pet Park”.

- All visitors have to comply with the admission rules for pets;
- Only one pet per visitor is allowed for entry;
- Birds are not allowed for entry.

The 7th International Master Chefs’ Charity Gala Dinner was held with huge success at Grand Hall, HKCEC on 9 Oct 2023. It was the first ever Chinese banquet in Hong Kong participated by as many as 700 Chinese chefs from 22 countries and regions. Hats off to the 40 local volunteer Chinese chefs from different hotels and Chinese restaurants and HML chefs who prepared the scrumptious dinner for the 2,000 guests of the Gala Dinner.

香港國際美食大獎 Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2023
會展管理公司飲食部團隊在2023香港國際美食大獎 (HKICC)取得佳績，當中二級資深廚師晏少峰在個人比賽項目「西式烹調比賽 – 現場熱盤烹調 – 海鱸魚」得到銀獎，並且是專業組西式熱盤組別最高分的五位廚師之一，成功晉身「金紫荊盃」，是唯一香港代表。過五關斬六將，最後勇奪「優質金獎」最高榮譽。恭喜，立即去片重溫奪獎一刻喇！
HML’s Food & Beverage Team garnered impressive results at the Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2023 (HKICC) with Commis Chef II Ngan Siu Fung awarded Silver in the “Individual Competition – Western Cuisine Hot Cooking (Professional) – Seabass”, being one of the top five scoring chefs in the Western Cuisine Hot Cooking (Professional) category. He was also the only Hong Kong representative to advance to compete in the “Golden Bauhinia Cup Competition”, and was later crowned the coveted “Gold with Distinction” after the heated competition.
