- Supporting Project Manager on liaison and collaborating with suppliers, consultants, entertainment as well as agency’s directors to define production and ex*****on solutions.
- Supporting Project Manager on client liaison, timeline planning, budget management, proposal support, coordination with external partners, outside contractors, and on site management from the beginning to the end of the project.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Serve as key support and trusted advisor to operation’s team.
