We have 2 beautiful vintage Citroen HY vans for hire for all types of events. ‘Marcella’ is our .ie van build in France in 1964. She is ready to serve Ireland’s best cannoli & coffee. We also have ‘Frederic’ our 1972 converted hy van. Frederic is multi talented and can be both a kitchen serving hot food or a Cocktail bar serving all kinds of amazing drinks. What a great night Ireland Final!! Showcasing the best of Irelands Bartenders who battled it out to reach a spot in the World Class Finals in Sydney!!! Hosted by the incredible 👏👏This hybrid event was broadcast live to an audience around the world as well as a studio audience over several floors.
Thanks to the amazing for letting us take over their new Cocktail bar & restaurant and allowing us to bring World Class to their venue in style!! 🌎
Big shout out to .ie for the broadcast for his creativity, passion, drive and being an all-round amazing human. Nial brought not only this event but all the events leading up to the final night to life!!! ✨

We were very happy to work alongside & to create this exclusive box for invites to show starting on the 9th of September…………WILD & IRISH- inspired by Maser trekking in the Irish wilderness we have created a drink that combines elements that he encountered on his journeys.

Di**le Gin, that has Rowan Berry, Fuchsia, Bog Myrtle, Hawthorn and Heather foraged Botanicals, is mixed with Elderflower Liqueur, a gentle Chamomile and Wild Lavender Syrup and Irish Apple and Lime juice resulting in a drink that has Balance, Edge and Character.
We added some Irish heather and some bee friendly throw and some wildflower seeds. Get down to and check out his new pieces!
