Creating experiences is one of our fortes and it all starts from the moment we meet our clients. By painting a picture of what their dream wedding would be like, through visual technology, flora Pickering, etc, we allow our clients to have a glimpse of the entire picture without completely showcasing it. It's almost like picking out ingredients of your favorite cake but still being blown away when you see it after baking! Even more, after tasting!
The past two years have indeed been a challenge. The restrictions of the pandemic forced us to tone down many of our experiences. It was hard for a while, trying to show a family what type of Mantap’s we’re creating is difficult when they can’t come down for a site visit and see it for themselves. Being there for moments that led up to a bride beaming with joy on her perfect day was lost.
If there is anything that the pandemic has shown me is that anything can be solved if you put your mind to it. And, that’s exactly what I did.
While we couldn’t physically bring our clients to some of the venues we started virtual tours. We also started a 3D mock-up of the entire venue along with the proposed design decor so that our clients could see how exactly everything was going to be. To ensure safety to the guests we took so many precautions, everyone wore masks and if you forgot one, we had one made for you. We had PPE kits given out to our employees and everyone else at the venues.
We are still going through this worldwide pandemic and I’m happy to say that no matter what challenge La’kiru faces, I’m always there to solve it and create the best experiences for our clients.
What are some of the challenges you faced? And how did you solve them? Let me know in the comments below!📝
