Job Summary:
Responsible for the daily baking of snacks, bread, chops, shawamas, pizzas, exquisite cakes as well as other pastry consistent with internationally acceptable standards.

Required Skills & Competencies
Must demonstrate excellent customer service to customers and colleagues at all times;
Must be able to work independently and within a team setting;
Must be organized and pay close attention to detail;
Must be able to multi-task and assist customers while completing necessary production duties within the bakery;
Must be able to read and follow both written and verbal instruction from the Bakery Manager and other management staff;
Must demonstrate manual dexterity with potentially hazardous equipment (mixers, slicers, ovens, etc.).

Required Experience
Previous experience baking or cooking in a restaurant, bakery or catering environment preferred
Experience working in a retail and/or customer service-oriented environment preferred

1. Supervisors: As Kitchen Operations Supervisor, it’s your job to:
• Supervise and oversee all operations in the restaurant including F&B
• Ensure that restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
• Ensure you build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify and highlight short/medium/long-term issues.

2 Chefs: As a chef, it's your job to ensure that kitchen operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its hygienic reputation and ethos. You will be required to coordinate a variety of activities which includes, managing and working closely with other cooks, creating menu items and determining food inventory needs.

3. Grillers: As a Grill Cook, it's your job to Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, chicken and other hot food Grill products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.

4. Kitchen Assistants: As a Kitchen assistant, it's your job to assist the Head Chef in all his/her duties and probably cover for him/her on events when he/she is not around. While working under the guidance of a Head Chef, your job is to ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational.

5. Accountant: The Accountant, reporting to the Chief Account Officer, is directly responsible for records of all financial activities by planning, directing, and conducting series of accounting activities within the Finance & Human Resources Department. He performs the following duties, personally or through subordinates.
