At 28 I was a domestic violence survivor, divorced with 3 kids.
At 29,I was a struggling school cert/single parent braiding hair at the market and selling fufu in Ekpoma, Edo state Nigeria.
Didn't have nothing to put on my resume, no work experience, no valid identity card, no bank account,no rich uncle,couldn't drive and never been out of Nigeria.
Then at 34, I graduated with bachelor's degree in Law at AAU.
Passed the Nigerian Bar exams at 37
Remarried at 38
Got my Law Master's degree from Unilag at 39
Relocated after 4 visa denials to US at 40 and now a US citizen.(dia fada!)
I've been to UK,US, Netherland, Canada and many others.
Had my last child in US at 41
Got my certificate in Rights of children under Humanitarian settings from Columbia University at 50
Wrote my autobiography "Heaven can wait" selling on selar and amazon at 51

Acted in Eleventwentyone Production Series in Las Vegas coming to Fox Tubi free streaming services in feburary called "African Twist" at 52.
Today, I am 53 (Fifty-freaking-three!)
At 53...I am a Lawyer,Actress,Writer, Edifier,Women & children Advocate,own a law firm Asekome & co, Associate Director of Caring hands Empowerment foundation, Mother of 4,Sister,Wife and Grandmother of 2.
And God ain't done yet with this grandma!
It's not how far, but how well.
This isn't bragging,it is counting my blessings.
All thanks and praise be to our Heavenly Father who made it possible.
My point is,you're never too old, it's never too late to pursue and have all your dreams.
Don't give up because its taking too long,as long as you're alive, all things are possible!
