Rising from Northern China, and moving down south to New Zealand, Sam Wei spent much of his early life immersed in singing performance, culinary art, and financial market. First jumping behind the decks under the watchful eyes of George.E at Pointers open decks in late 2022.

While Sam Wei sound is rooted in heavy Neurofunk and Dancefloor, his fluid genre-bending abilities mean that set-to-set, his sound can vary markedly. A recent discovery of his love for Jump Up has influenced his style, showing that Sam Wei’s skill expands much further than the limiting labels placed on his within the scene.

If rising the ranks was a competition, Sam Wei would be a sure contender. In his limited time as a selector, he has played support for local and international heavyweights - some of whom were his inspiration for getting involved initially - supporting artists such as Delta Heavy, Metrik, Mollie Collins, Pola & Bryson, Sigma, Lucille Croft, Hybrid Minds, 1991, A.M.C, Bou, Fred V, Koven, V.O.E, etc.

Looking forward, Sam Wei has taken the next natural step of progression in his musical career, and slowly leveling up his mixing skills to the next milestone.

Keighto (pronounced Kato) has been a regular presence in Auckland’s underground music scene over the past 2 years.
Keighto’s had a soft spot for multi-genre sets since just after she started mixing in 2017. Beginning mixing DNB, she soon discovered a love for Bassline, UK Garage, and Bass house.
With a committed passion for curating varied genres and unpredictable transitions, Kate captivates the crowd with sonic electro twists and turns as well as navigates the profound depths of bass music igniting a collective euphoria.
Drawing her original inspiration from esteemed artists like, Neffa T, Chloe Robinson (formerly known as Barely Legal), Dj Rum, Addison Groove and Pearson Sound. Kate has cultivated a refined palette for blending the vibrant genres of UKG, Breakbeat, Techno, Bassline, Electro, Dubstep and Jungle. These well known figures, amongst her talented best friends, have shaped her distinctive and eclectic approach to mixing.

His influence goes back to the mid eighties(1985) from his oldest Brother Ken Ta'ase aka DJ Keno(R.I.P) & DJ Terry G(Terry Gabb) playing a diverse style of House Music enthused with Nu-Disco, Jazz, Hip Hop, RnB, Jackin and further afield Minimal Deep Tech.

A Purveyor of Heartfelt, slick Seamless Beats DJ-ing is first and foremost his Passion and has been since Day 1.
