In these troubling times I’ve been spending so much more time in our garden and it’s been so good for me!!

I never actually talk about my love of gardening on here but it runs deep

It gave me an idea that if it has been helping me then maybe it might help others and inspire them to get out in their own spaces and get amongst the dirt!
The immense satisfaction that you get from watching something grow from a seed is wonderful and can give real meaning and purpose to the bleak and at times depressing state we are currently living in 💖
