The 2024 Individual competition comprises of two stages. The first stage will see individuals compete Online. Here, individuals will be ranked and those who hold qualifying spots will be invited to the second stage, the finals competition. This will be held at Baypark in Mount Maunganui over the 14th - 15th of December.

Don't miss this incredible event...! This years team competition is scheduled to take place October 26-27th at Mystery Creek Events Centre. The event welcomes almost 1500 competitors to compete as teams of 4-6 in divisions including Elite, Rx, Scaled and Masters. Teams will face all sorts of challenges, from weightlifting and gymnasitics to things they may have never seen or practiced. The New Zealand Team Nationals is like no other, a fitness event that teams and spectators alike will remmebr for many years.

Team Nationals
In 2024 New Zealand Festival of Fitness, home of the Team Nationals competition, will take place at Mystery Creek Events Centre over 26-27th October. The Festival will see fitness fans and enthusiasts alike from all across New Zealand come together for a weekend full of thrilling competition.

This years team competition is scheduled to take place October 26-27th at Mystery Creek Events Centre. The event welcomes 230 teams, each comprising of six members (3 males and 3 females), to participate in one of three divisions: Elite, Rx, and Scaled. And, a further 20 teams, consisting of four members each (2 males and 2 females), competing in one of two Masters divisions.
