I started out planning extravagant birthday parties for myself and others, as I have always loved extreme decor. After years of procrastinating and life, as we know gets away on us.I am now finally an internationally qualified event decorator and planner. I have started this little business, to give some more WOW to our little cities parties and baby shower services. The decor we have is gorgeou

s for our kids party stuff and the baby shower decor is truely spectacular! My biggest aim was to be affordable but beautiful and to take all the stress away from planning your special day big or small, so that you can just relax and enjoy :)

I Really didn't want to make a post like this but unfortunately I have to...

I am a mum that started this business to help other mums/dads have amazing parties for their children without having to worry about doing anything. When we set parties up we trust clients will do their best to look after our stuff, as we have sourced top quality products from around the world and also handmade alot of our stuff ourselves to ensure it's unique.

If something happens to these items we trust clients will pay invoices to repair or replace these items, unfortunately clients are not paying these invoices nor even having the decency to reply to messages, which is also why we now request full payment of parties be paid no less than a week prior to set up or we will not set the party up.

My team and I work so hard to ensure everything is perfect for our clients and it's a real shame certain people are ruining it for others and putting us out of pocket given we don't make a huge amount from doing these parties especially once all time, tax and costs are taken into account.

If this continues to happen we will start to require bonds, but for now please just don't book a party if you don't have intention of paying for it, its a waste of our time away from our familys planning it all for nothing as alot of work goes into them especially behind the scenes and please also look after our items the best you can whilst they're in your care it really is just respect.

Besides the above a big thanks to the many clients that are absolutely amazing and have continued to use our services each year, we are truely greatful and love working with you all and look forward to another big year.

Todays Gorgeous baby shower reminded me just why i started Royal Events and just how much I love creating beautiful memories for others. So I have officially left my other job and will be focusing on this for a while, so thanks Vic's Kitchen for the cute baking to match this wee set up and we look forward to many more events in the future 👶💟🍼

This was my fav party to date! My boys 2nd birthday consisting of a hired digger for photos, a digger paint station and all the sweets table and grazing table you could ask for! Special thanks to for the amazing baking as always and Bunnings for the wicked kids tradie jackets!!

This was the last of our big banquet parties dont this year! I have decided to remain the owner of royal events however condense down the size of our parties so that I can manage this business, my other job and being a wife and mum successfully.

So that it was not rigged like some of those online draws i decided to get in the halloween spirit and let my not even 2 year old tediously draw out the winner for our raffle lol !!.....

So Congratulations Justin Williams number 57. Please contact us to make arrangements for this awesome party package for 2019 😍 Thanks so much to everyone that entered. We raised just over $800 for memories!!!

Today is Baby loss awareness day which for some of us hits home a little too hard. So I have teamed up with some generous and kind vendors to do a raffle to raise funds for an extraordinary selfless charity called Maddy's Memory Bereavement Casting who donate castings of baby's that have passed on, free of charge to their grieving parents as a small way to remember them.

In this amazing package is donated prizes worth over $1500! Raffles are only $5 and 100% of the proceeds are being donated to Maddys memories so she can buy more supplies to keep giving this special gift.

It occurred to me I hadn't shared any photos from the "lil bit lit" party we styled for Blessed In Doubles and Healthychick101 at !!

The pink carpet, gold thrones and white flower wall were supplied by Setting The Scene Ltd, foil balloons & chocolates by OMG-Ness Styling Streamers & confetti by Party Warehouse, lights by Happyhire and it was all put together and styled by us 😁 so cool working with all the amazing vendors and we hope to do it again xx

Soooooo I thought I better let you all know that by the end of this year I will no longer be doing weddings 😫 This is sad, however I have decided to do any and all themes for my other events. So in order ro make space for new stock I am slowly selling all my wedding stuff through fb.

Thanks to those that trusted me with their weddings this year and those that have enquired about next, but I will be available for any other of you special occasions and can't wait to get in some new amazing things 😁😉

Celebrating Royal Events 1st Birthday!!!

Last week when I got married to one of my loves, this other love officially became 1year old!!

In this year we have had only 5 weekends off! We have done over 70 events from weddings, baby showers, photo booths, balloon garlands, charity events and parties for 1 - 80 year olds!!

I want to just quickly thank you all for all your on going support and trust in us with your special occassions! And do a quick shout out to Ben Wilkie De Grut for being the most supportive husband ever! Abode and for being inspirational boss ass sisters and my continuous clients who have already made bookings for 2019!!

Thank you all for helping me follow my dreams I couldn't have done this without you xx

We were given a pub with nothing but tables and chairs plus only 4 days notice to create a royal enviroment for the owners dads 80th!

This video doesn't do it justice because what you also can't see is all the fairy lights on the roof and fairy light curtain accross all the windows, but you can get an idea of our transformation 😊

And the oh so kind Cupcakes Galore n More donating a baking package to top it off. All of this for the most deserving kids at the Ronald mcdonald house! Hope the kids have a wild night 😉

So Excited to finally showcase our kids banquet tables!! These table set ups come with up to 20 white chiavari kids chairs which are the only ones in chch, up to 5m long banquet tables, kids BPA free, melamine tableware and of course all the little details to create any theme! 😍

Set up a clients twins 1st birthday decor in the weekend at her house. The theme she wanted was flowers and white shabbychic and i was super excited to use our new white cake stands😍 I love how some simple decor just added beauty to her already gorgeous home!w
