After waiting four years between covid and the right time - Amanda and Paul finally got the day off their dreams! And a day of dreams it was!

Absolutely amazing light and no wind made choosing locations a breeze, with golden grasses on Coromandel Peak to 8000ft up on Jura Glacier. They even enjoyed a picnic at calm Lake Lochnagar. Our 4th landing was a spectacular one on Mt Alfred in Glenorchy overlooking all the LOR sights.

Congratulations Amanda and Paul! We wish you so much happiness 🤍🤍🤍

We had an absolutely fun day celebrating with Ford and David! They had flown from the USA with very special friends and family to celebrate their wedding here in NZ. Ford had wanted to come here since he was young! We had a very windy day but managed to still fly to perfect calm private high country station. We had a lot fun with this photo shoot getting some in the mountains and some in whiskey bar! Congratulations Ford and David and thanks for a memorable day 🤍🤍🤍

On the morning of Melissa & Jordan’s wedding we were waiting for low cloud to lift so we could fly. With flexibility from them we waited till later in the day and got an amazing window of weather. Max and Nicole were so much fun to have join us for their special wedding day in the mountains. Having their ceremony in the snow on Remarkables was perfect for them and celebrated with champagne for Max and Tea for Nicole! Olivia & Luis came over from USA for their Heli Wedding here in Queenstown.
It was a beautiful day and our first part of the day took us to the beautiful Lake Erskine for the wedding ceremony. After the ceremony and some bubbles and photos we flew towards Milford Sounds in Fiordland. We made our way out through Milford Sounds beautiful fiord and headed north along the coast and landed on the beach for some photos with the crashing waves in the background. Next stop was Big Geordie, a beautiful spot with long views up the lake. Last stop of the day was a old gold mining hut for a wedding picnic in the sun.

Mitch & Ashleigh had a great day for their Heli Wedding. We flew into the might Earnslawburn and picked a landing spot halfway up the mountain next to some beautiful tarns for the wedding ceremony. A great spot with the hanging glacier in the background. After the ceremony and bubbles we did some beautiful photos next to the tarn with some beautiful refections before flying back to Queenstown.

We had two helicopters flying them up to The Ledge for the wedding ceremony and after some bubbles and photos the guest flew back down and we headed flew up to the snow for some photos with the glaciers and then down to the beautiful Lochnagar before returning to Queenstown.

They day for the wedding was torrential rain and gale force winds so we moved it to the day after and got a perfect blue sky, no wind and a warm sun for the ceremony on Coronet Peak and then a heli flight up to Cecil Peak for some photos afterwards

Daniel & Carmen came over from Dubai for their Heli Wedding here in Queenstown. It was a a beautiful day and an overnight cold snap brought snow to to the sop of the peaks and we even had some snowflakes falling on us. The ceremony was on Coromandel Peak and after that we headed up to the Tyndall shelf for some photos in the snow before heading down to Lochnagar for a picnic. Last stop of the day was Cecil Peak.

Madeline and Anthony journeyed all the way from the USA to experience their Heli Wedding here in Queenstown. The day couldn't have been more perfect. We began with a First Look moment at Stoneridge Estate before making our way to the hangar to meet our pilot.

Our first stop, was the breathtaking Lake Erskine. It provided the ideal backdrop for their wedding ceremony and some stunning photographs. Following this, we soared over Milford Sounds, heading towards the ocean, and as we turned north, we stumbled upon a gorgeous beach with a cave that begged to be explored.

Our adventure continued as we ventured into the Hollyfords for a picnic next to a serene Alpine Lake. And for the last stop we made our way on to the glacier, surrounded by the blue Lakes. It was a day filled with unforgettable moments in the heart of New Zealand's stunning landscapes.

Melissa and Megan traveled all the way from the UK to New Zealand for their helicopter wedding adventure. Initially, the weather forecast for their special day predicted strong winds and rain. However, they decided to reschedule the event to the day before, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. They were blessed with a beautiful, warm summer day with clear blue skies.

Their adventure began with a scenic flight that took them past the stunning Lake Erskine, offering breathtaking views of the New Zealand landscape. Then, they continued to Lake Quill in Fiordland, where they had their wedding ceremony. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the area, the couple exchanged their vows and celebrated their love.

After the ceremony, they enjoyed some champagne, took memorable photos, and even had a visit from the native Kea parrots of New Zealand, adding a touch of local wildlife to their day. Their helicopter journey continued as they headed towards Milford Sound, where they landed on the coast by the ocean, taking in the dramatic coastal scenery.

Their adventure reached new heights as they ascended to 8000 feet and reached the majestic Tutako glacier. Here, they had the opportunity to capture some breathtaking photos in the pristine snow, creating lasting memories of their special day.

Finally, they concluded their remarkable day at the enchanting Earnslaw Burn, surrounded by numerous cascading waterfalls, adding a touch of magic and romance to their already unforgettable wedding adventure. Melissa and Megan's decision to reschedule their wedding turned out to be a serendipitous choice, allowing them to experience the beauty of New Zealand in all its glory on their special day.

We flew with 3 helicopters up to The Ledge for the wedding ceremony and it was a perfect day with a warm sun and blue skies. Amber and Patrick traveled all the way from the United States to embark on their Heli Wedding Adventure in New Zealand. While the weather presented some challenges, the flexibility of their plans allowed them to make the most of their special day by adjusting their locations based on the weather conditions.

Their wedding ceremony took place in a picturesque and sheltered spot in Skippers Canyon, providing a serene and intimate setting for the couple to exchange their vows. After the ceremony, they celebrated with champagne.

Their journey then continued as they flew to Lochnagar, for photos against the lake and a cascading waterfall.

Next, we ventured over Lake Wakatipu for a romantic picnic and more photos on The Ledge. This elevated location provided panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Their final stop was nestled in the forest by a beautiful river. This location, reminiscent of scenes from the Lord of the Rings, making it a truly unique and unforgettable experience.

We had adapt to changing weather conditions and explore different stunning locations during their Heli Wedding Adventure but we created a wedding day filled with incredible memories and natural beauty that perfectly showed the magic of New Zealand.

Cheyenne and Bryce traveled all the way from Australia to have their helicopter wedding in Queenstown, New Zealand. They were blessed with a stunning day, with no wind and warm sunshine – the perfect conditions for their adventurous wedding. Their special day included three unique mountain landings.

The first stop on their journey was Coromandel Peak, where they had their wedding ceremony and bubbles. From there, we followed the valley, passing by the majestic Rob Roy Glacier, before making a landing on the Tyndall ice shelf. A great spot overlooking the glaciers and perfect for some snowy photos

The last landing was the serene and tranquil Lochnagar, where they enjoyed a picnic in the sun.

Paige and Jared came down from the North Island for their Heli Wedding in the mountains. It was a sunny and calm day on the ground however up at 6000ft it was a different story but we found a more sheltered spot on Mt Crichton for the wedding ceremony overlooking the top of the lake.

We flew with two machines up to Coromandel Peak for the wedding ceremony and then up to the glaciers for some shots in the snow. We loved their Nike basketball shoes. They spent another day here in Queenstown before heading to tropical Costa Rica for more celebrations.
