There’s one week left to share your thoughts on Tauranga City Council's Keenan Road Urban Growth Area project.

Following an initial round of public engagement in August 2023, Council now has some options for the community to consider, including locations for roads, walking/cycling, reserves, housing, and a local shopping centre.

Share your feedback to help make sure the future Keenan Road reflects what the community wants, while also providing for growth.

Consultation closes 5pm, Tuesday 30 April 2024.

Keenan Road is an ideal location to provide more residential housing to cater for the growth we are experiencing in Tauranga.

UPDATE: The High Tea is now sold out. Just a reminder this function is being held on the 19th May, the weekend after Mothers Day 😊

The Boobops are hosting a Mothers Day High Tea on the 19th May. Filled with fun and entertainment. Tickets are $40pp please get in touch if you would like to purchase some. All proceeds are going towards helping the team get to Italy for the IDBF World Club Crews in September 🇮🇹🐲

Come along to the Pyes Pa Settlers Hall to hear the latest on Tauranga City Council's Keenan Road Urban Growth Area project.

Following an initial round of public engagement in August 2023, together with technical studies, Council now has some options for the community to consider that will help make sure the future Keenan Road reflects what the community wants, while also providing for a new growing community.
