Got to meet Chef Jose Andres at China Poblano and managed not to get too tongue tied in front of one of my culinary heroes. This Chef represents so much that is good in this world in terms of his humanitarian efforts all around the world through his work with World Central Kitchen. Total bucket list meet up with good friends! Thanks to Craig Gass for making it happen!

So thankful for all of you! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Here is Nicki’s famous Thanks Foo Young… if your looking for leftover recipes. Layer thin round omelettes made with eggs, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables, turkey chopped, and Chinese Five Spice in a sprayed pie dish. Cut into wedges and top with heated turkey gravy. My favorite!
