During his early teens he started to feel his passion for cooking thanks to his sweet mother Sonnia's home cooking. That is when he decided to bring that feeling to a profession by enrolling into Le Cordon Bleu Institute of the City of Lima. He received his BA in Hotel Administration in 2001 and since then he has traveled a culinary path that has allowed him to achieve the perfect combination of

knowledge and experience in different countries such as Peru, Mexico and the US. In 2008 he had the opportunity to travel to New York city to redefine and update his technical work as a Chef and worked for a variety of large and prestigious restaurants throughout Long Island. With his knowledge in Mexican, Peruvian, Chinese, Italian and American cuisine Chef Santiago brings to you fresh and delicious recipes that will leave your taste buds satisfied.

And speaking of collaborations, have you sampled the scrumdidlyumptious Lucuma Dulce de Leche Ice Cream from and ? SO GOOD. Peruvian lucuma pulp with a ribbon of lucuma dulce de leche, a caramelized sweetened milk sauce masterfully made by , that infuses the ice cream with a velvety sweetness and a hint of toffee-like richness.
