Lovely is a haven for stylish, playful, and daring brides. Helping brides find the one is exhilarating and rewarding, and also takes energy, enthusiasm, and maturity. That is why we only hire individuals with an eye for fashion, strong sales skills, and passion for customer service.

Qualified Applicants Are:
Experienced working in customer service and retail (bridal a plus)
Sales motivated
Comfortable being given sales goals and achieving them
Able to troubleshoot, and think on your feet to find solutions for each and every bride
Warm, positive and engaging
Able and willing to balance multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as a team
Attentive to their own personal appearance and style
Punctual and dependable
Must be an organized self-starter who pays attention to the details
Interested in growing in the stylist role
Genuinely in love with making others happy
Inspired by the Lovely Bride brand and strive to be a brand ambassador

Day To Day Responsibilities Of a Bridal Stylist:
Work one on one with brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service
Guide brides through their dress selection
Be an expert on product, policies, and the Lovely Brand
Independently complete sales transactions and related paperwork
Take any opportunity to offer excellent customer satisfaction before, during, and after appointments
Work towards a common store goal
Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Mentor new sales stylists
Contribute to and attend store events and meetings
Contribute to a warm, positive, and inspiring company culture

Schedule & Compensation:
Hiring full-time and part-time stylists
Saturday and Sunday availability required!
Hourly + commission, based on experience
