The Baltimore Book Festival features hundreds of author appearances and book signings, 100+ exhibitors and booksellers, non-stop readings on multiple stages, cooking demos by celebrity chefs, poetry readings and workshops, panel discussions, walking tours, storytellers and hands-on projects for kids, street theater, live music, and a delicious variety of food, beer and wine. The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA), in partnership with the City of Baltimore, Waverly Main Street , Red Emma's Bookstore Coffeehouse , andPeabody Heights Brewery, LLC , announced the dates for the 2024 Baltimore Book Festival at a press conference at City Hall on Monday, February 26 with Mayor Brandon M. Scott. The 2024 Baltimore Book Festival will be held Friday, September 27–Sunday, September 29, 2024, in and around Waverly Main Street. Not only will this year be the beloved Baltimore Book Festival’s return, but it will also be its 25th anniversary.
