*MUST BE PAID IN FULL* Saturday October 1 or Sunday October 2 by 4pm to get the flash rate of $1,000 for 4 hours on any available date*

*exterior lot for smoking or parking
*20 rectangular tables
*64 folding chairs
*bluetooth audio connectivity to speakers throughout the premises
*wifi available
*max capacity is 90 people, nothing more*
*security required for all bookings*
*we allow 1 hour for setup, additional setup time must be booked*
*the premises are to be cleaned and vacated at the end of the allotted time booked. Example: if you booked 12-4pm, you may set up 11am and everything you brought on the premises must be removed off the premises at 4pm.
*yes the booking is $1,000 but you must still pay a $200 security deposit that is refunded within 72hours of your event*
*yes you must pay for security which is an additional $200 to all events*
*we do not allow byob or liquor sales per Baltimore city it is not permitted*
* should you choose to have alcohol you can host an open bar event with one of our preferred vendors who is insured etc and have been apart of numerous events at
