The Labs is an 18,000 sqft warehouse in Baltimore, housing a collective of 20 emerging artists supported by providing an incubation space.

Founded by Richard Best in 2016, Creative Labs is a multi-disciplinary arts incubator focused on jump-starting entrepreneurship among Baltimore’s creative community. Located in the neighborhood of Clipper Hill, Creative Labs features a range of amenities: individual studios/offices, performance art/music performance space, exhibition space, art gallery, fabrication lab, screen-printing/paint booth
