We have two yes TWO weddings and a private event this month folks. March is busy and May is looking to fill up as well. While we are at it we might as well release another of our new cocktails. This one I am particularly proud of as it has taken months to perfect. Longer than your average bartender but hey, full time job, another business, you know the drill.

Meet the 'Shoguns Revenge'

Bright and vibrant as the spring raspberries themselves. A beautiful blend of acidity from the berries, tang of the teriyaki, yes TERIYAKI, bite of the ginger, and cooling honey. Last, and most importantly, the saké. Take a trip to the land of the rising sun without ever leaving the country with this vibrant explosion of flavors.

We have some exciting new cocktails in the works. We are working on some Asian and meat infusion cocktails. Currently working with rice vinegar, teriyaki sauce, and sausage. When you go out and eat Asian style cuisine tou always think sake or beer. Rarely do you imagine wine in your hand or occasionally a cocktail. I'm looking to change that perspective. Instead of your traditional 4-5 course wine dinners I want to bring sushi/Asian cuisines cocktail dinners to the masses.

Not sure what to name her yet. Using my homemade rosemary/blueberry simple syrup, homemade blue raspberry vodka, Cointreau, lemon and lime juice, and peach orange blossom botanical vodka from Ketel One, topped with sparkling mineral water. Deeeeelicious, savory, and after the first few sips it makes your mouth water. Help me name it.

Next up from my cabinet of liquorosities the GOOOOOOOD MORNING VIETNAM!!!

Vietnamese iced coffee straight up with condensed milk, homemade vanilla bean vodka, rumchata, hoodoo chicory. Shake until your hand freezes to the shaker and pour this smooth rich brunch bomb over whole or crushed ice in a collins glass and enjoy!
