Local steak, daily purchased fresh fish, chicken on the smoker, a nice black bean and corn chowder with leek and fresh halibut soup and all the other new items pair well with jazz on a Wednesday night!

Happy Hour starts at 4 PM, Dinner service at 5 PM, and music kicks off at 7. We've got your Wednesday night covered!

Stagnancy is no good. Time to bring back what got me started in all this a little over a year ago. Designing labels today and ordering containers Wednesday, as soon as I have a game plan for this hip(hopefully this week) I will be bring back ready to eat/ready to heat pre made meals. I feel there is a use for this on the far west end. Designing menus and a plan as well in the next few days. Keep an eye out!

Looking for somebody wants a relatively entry level cooking job. Job is suited great for a high school kid with ambition. 20 hours a week, mostly days unless I am gone on a cater. 15 to start, no experience necessary, just a desire to learn, laid back environment with a desire to produce quality.
