11-year-old Quentin Hines is his own boss, having founded QJ’s Professional Lawn Care in 2022. His company offers mowing, edging, w**d treatments, and leaf pickup. Quentin, who began taking an interest in lawn mowing at a young age, dreams of securing a contract with Charlotte Douglas International Airport. CBS Mornings recently surprised him with a visit to the airport, where he got to cut the grass and connect with the staff.

Brothers Shane and Nigel Mushambi, aged 12 and 13, are the founders and CEOs of their Texas-based bakery, Two Bros. in the Kitchen. Based in Missouri City, they turned their passion for baking into a business after winning a local competition three years in a row. They donate part of their earnings to charity and provide hundreds of meals to the homeless while excelling in school and taking college-level classes in math and science.
