Chef Alex Cardoza—formerly of the Modern Hotel and Red Feather—can whip up everything from Texas-style brisket to handmade falafel. If your crowd would rather have apps and drinks than a full meal, Wild Plum has you covered. From simple snacks like Manchego and quince paste to more elaborate bites

like Gougeres with truffled salami, we'll make it memorable. Do you want the full fine-dining experience? Wild Plum will also organize a multi-course, seated dinner for your closest friends and acquaintances in the location of your choosing. Think: flickering candles, artfully designed menus and vintage table settings. We'll cover every detail, so you don't have to stress about a thing.

Wild Plum is looking for a team-player who wants to grow their culinary skills, including smoking meats, making fresh pastas and preserving local produce.

Wild Plum is a chef-owned catering and private events company that focuses on scratch made foods that incorporate seasonal and local ingredients. We specialize in everything from high-end multi-course dinners to buffet-style catering for large events and weddings.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have some experience in the kitchen, but more importantly be looking to learn and grow their culinary career as part of a small, dedicated team focused on high quality food and service. $17/hr. to start. 3 weeks PTO and salary opportunities available after 6 months.

Small chef-run kitchen hiring part time dishwasher for 15-20 hours a week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5:30 p.m. to about 10:30 p.m. Closed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years).
