We can prepare your selections on-site at your location or you can place an order and pick it up before your event. Need it delivered? Yep, we can do that too. Want something not listed on our menu? Just ask and we'll see what we can do. We aim to please.

Hey guys,a little late getting this posted, Boozy Creek Smokers will be back at Racks by the Tracks Saturday the 18th. Of course we’ll have our baby back ribs, pulled pork-sandwiches,bbq sundaes, street tacos, smoked bologna sliders, bbq beans and slaw. Come out and see us and get some of the best bbq! Also check us out on Friday the 17th at 9:00am live on News Channel Eleven, Daytime Tricities. I’ll be doing a demonstration on ribs and talking everything bbq.

Hey guys we’ve got an event coming up on Saturday July1st. We’ll be set up at Poplar Ridge Christian Church in Piney Flats for their annual Freedom Fest celebration. The time is 7-9:30 pm with fireworks after dark. We’re hoping to be ready to go around 6pm and we’ll have our full menu. Come out and see us!!

Hey guys a little late getting this posted,I wasn’t 100 percent sure we would have the ribs we needed. I want to say thanks to Stuart at Sams Club in Bristol for helping us out on getting us enough ribs for Racks. That being said,Boozy Creek Smokers will be back at Racks by the Tracks Saturday May 14th. We will have our usual menu including our award winning baby back ribs,bbq beans,slaw, bbq sundaes and our pulled pork Hawaiian street tacos. Come out and see us and get you some of the best bbq around!

Hey guys haven’t posted anything in a while,here’s some events we’ve got coming up. Little late notice on this one, we’ll be at Bristol Motor Speedway tomorrow Saturday the 21st for the Bristol Burnout. We’ll be there from about 10am till around 6 pm, come out and see us, we’ll have our usual menu. Saturday September 25th is Racks by the Tracks in Kingsport and we will be there! We’re going for our 3rd win so come out and get some ribs! October we’ve got 2 events so far, Oct 2nd we’ll be at the Battle of the Bands at Tennessee High and the 16th we’re back at the Speedway for the Quillen 100 bicycle event. Make plans to catch us at one or all events!
