What a great day we had today. We met some awesome people and received some great feedback on the food. Everyone loved our signature BBQ sauce and it was all to help the Volunteer Fire Department. Thanks to all who came out to support us!

Here at Castle BBQ everything we cook is homemade. No sides out of the can and no frozen deserts bought at your local supermarket! All our meats are Pit Smoked with Texas Pecan like our briskets cooked low and slow for 14 hours. Don’t settle for “O.K.” food.
