This Friday, June 16th, come join us for a Remedy Park party in celebration with the Grant Street Food Fest honoring Jim's Farmers' Market's 40th Anniversary celebration.

Remedy Park will be hosting multiple food trucks, food tents, some amazing local vendors, AND live music by Leaping Luci . Remedy Park welcomes Michaux Brewing Company for an on site, pop-up beer garden. Get some amazing food, shop our talented local vendors, pull up a chair or blanket and enjoy the wonderful sounds of summer!

Vendors and food trucks will be open from 3pm-8pm, music starts at 5pm.

Adding summer vibes to our Park Party on June 16th with live music from Leaping Luci.
Entertaining audiences for over 25 years, Leaping Luci's unique blend of reggae, rock, and funk will be featured on the lawn at Remedy Park. Being versatile to many different types of music tastes, Leaping Luci twists and energizes well known songs from bands such as Sublime, The Grateful Dead, Imagine Dragons, and Radiohead, as well as a slew of homegrown originals from their first full length album in 1999 titled “Feel the Music”, to their latest singles “The Wave” and “Lovin’ Right Now”. Whatever your mood, you’ll come out feeling like you just visited the Islands.

Open to the public and not ticket required. Come and enjoy the music, shop from our local vendors, and taste our local food truck culture at our Park Party at 251 Grant Street, in celebration with the Grant Street Food Truck Fest honoring Jim's Farmers Market's 40th Anniversary! Women Who Lead March Workshop is happening!

Just for a moment, check in with your body.

Are your shoulders tight and up around your ears? Are you clenching your jaw? Is there tension in your neck, your back, your hips?

Does checking in with your body feel completely weird and you generally feel like you’re living “from the neck up”?

We spend so much time in our heads that it’s often easy to forget that our body is such a vital part of who we are and how we navigate the world. It’s also where we hold all of our experiences, both good and bad.

And when we aren’t connected to our bodies, we don’t realize the stress, tension and trauma has been stored up, until it starts to create issues.

Join us for this powerful workshop where Trauma Informed Yoga Practitioner Tressa Bellows will be leading us through a supported exploration of our bodies and teaching us tools to reconnect and manage the “issues in our tissues!”
