Hollinshead and his best friend Robert Lee David. The restaurant was located in the City of Charleston on Morris Street near Felix Street. Their barbecue style was a combination of the lower part of Georgia around Albany and Carolina smoking with wood from the pecan tree. Henry also made a family signature sauce. Henry was a licensed plumber and owned several businesses during the 40 's and 50' in

cluding a hotel in the Grand Strand’s famous “Black Pearl”, Atlantic Beach, SC, and an employment service in downtown Charleston. Hollinshead, Sr. has re-engaged the family history and family recipes to bring you the very best smoked barbecue and meats.
