We had a great time at our Regional Business After Hours yesterday! Let's first give a BIG thank you to the food trucks at The Back Lot Charlevoix - the food was outstanding! Island Grillers and Catering showcased their jerk cherry meatballs, infamous crab cakes, and ginger spice spring rolls. Grill Chasers served up their popular chicken skewers and roti wraps. The Reel Deal Fish and Chips pulled out the stops with ceviche bites, hush puppies, and calamari. And Fresh Coast Sliders brought it home with their delicious, crisp fries, onion rings, chips, and salsa. Show these trucks some love and treat yourself to their talents this summer!

HOW WE SERVE YOU:

Truck will arrive two hours before serving for grilling on Site. The smell is our best marketing

For catering events our guests want the food truck experience without the lines. We are able to do that by providing both truck service and table service. Your guests will enjoy coming to the window and ordering their flame grilled chicken skewers ,flame grilled chicken, made from scratch slow smoked pulled pork , or flame grilled steak for their entre.(in addtion to all of our made to order- Fresh cut fries) On a table next to the truck they can help themselves to our Creamy Homestyle Mac N Cheese, Kale Cabbage Slaw and Chasers.

Our Signature Plate-ROTI PRATHA WRAPS--a Malaysian flour-based pancake, cooked over a flat grill. Listed in the worlds 50 most delicious foods. (Looks like a huge taco!) DOWN SOUTH SOUTHERN (pictured above) Your choice of Fired-up Spicy or Sweet Q Glze flame-grilled chicken or slow smoked pulled pork topped with Kale Cabbage slaw, homemade crispy onion strings and drizzled with chipotle aioli.
