The Lavender Lounge is a student-centered space that is open to LGBTQIA+ students and their allies. A blend of the traditionally gender-identified colors pink and blue, the color lavender blurs the lines and challenges gender norms. The lounge is a place where students can be their authentic selves; a space where they don’t have to worry about the world's norms. Lavender lounge is open as long at Cone University Center is open and is located on the 1st floor in room 172.

7:00AM - 6:00PM M-F
closed on weekends

Sun. Jan 23:
9:00AM - 9:00PM (tentatively)

Mon. Jan 24: 7:00AM-11:00PM start regular hours (tentatively)

These hours are subject to change. Have a great first week of classes!

Introducing our first : Abby Patterson!

Abby is a Communication Studies and History major at UNCC. She is a Building Manager in the Cone Center as well as the Student Union. Abby will be graduating in May 2024!
