Meet Our Newest Pitmaster: Dave’s passionate and an experienced pitmaster, with a real talent for barbecue. He’s found a way to turn his love for smoking into a profession. His background as an Army Veteran has instilled in him discipline and dedication, traits that are valuable in any career, especially in the culinary world. It’s evident that he takes pride in his work, and his enthusiasm for sharing his love of barbecue with others is commendable. His commitment to the “low and slow” method shows a dedication to the craft and a desire to create flavorful, tender dishes. Overall, Dave’s story is one of passion, hard work, and the joy of sharing something he loves with others.

You can still catch Dave at larger community events with slingin’ his own recipes! Or stop and say hello when you see him at the next private event with Butte Creek BBQ!
