Today makes 1 whole year of starting this FB page! I remember not wanting to start a separate page because I was nervous and already had a lot of support on my personal accounts. I’m so glad I did though! All the support I had on my personal page overflowed into this page. 1 year later and over 700 of you have followed me along this crazy food journey. 🤩 I’m so beyond grateful for everyone who has booked me, followed, liked, commented, and shared my posts. It all means the world to me. ❤️

A little bit about me since it’s been a year I posted about me and not charcuterie lol! My name is Angela Carpenter. I was born and raised in WV, moved away for a few years, but so glad to be back and serving my hometown. I’m engaged to my handsome fiancé, Levi, and we met in 2014. I went to Liberty High School and have got to cater for so many friends and even teachers from school! The question I get asked most is how did I get into this? I started doing charcuterie boards for my family at Christmas and Thanksgiving. A good friend asked me if I could do a table sized one and it took off from there! I did not attend culinary school. I watched YouTube and TikTok to figure out cool techniques, cheese cutting, and placement/pairings of different foods. I’m still figuring things out day by day but I’m truly grateful for every single one of you! You’re making my dreams come true ✨🧡

Here is the first ever graze table I did beside one I’ve recently done. The difference is crazy and the practicing speaks for itself. ❤️
