Congrats Maria!

4 years ago I offered the first Robotics workshop. I was nervous but also excited about my new challenge, and it has been so worth it!

I believe in education as a mean to grow and become the best versions of ourselves. Education in all its forms, formal as schools, but also engaging in activities that inspire us, like reading books, traveling, talking and collaborating with people for different backgrounds and different ideas than our own, all of these give us a bigger perspective in life.

Snapology offers activities that spark that magical curiosity which lights up the learning machine 🥳
Every time I see kids excited about learning, experimenting, collaborating or like I heard today "Hey! I have an idea! how about WE do..." my heart jumps of joy.
I feel so honored to be able to provide this programs to our community, grateful with the trust parents have put on me, my team and our programs.

Inspire the next generation, that's what I do, and it doesn't get better than that!

Movie Making - Superheroes
Monday, Jun 13, 2022 — Friday, Jun 17, 2022 10am-1pm CT
Ages 7-14
Create an amazing superhero-filled movie using stop motion animation, LEGO® bricks, and your favorite superheroes and villains! Your student will work with a partner to create a superhero tale, complete with a unique set, characters, and plotline. Our students will learn how to produce all aspects of their own movie, including dialogue, sound effects, and special effects. At the end of the program, your little movie maker will debut their film to the class and upload it to Snapology's YouTube account to share with your family and friends for years to come! Position Overview:

The primary focus of this position will be to generate new sales for Snapology of Columbia. This individual will develop and manage the company’s sales strategy, ensuring that all inquiries are nurtured through sales process efficiently and effectively. They will also take a significant role in working with the leadership team on the development and ex*****on of the strategy to generate enough sales leads to meet or exceed annual growth targets. This role requires internal collaboration and communication as well as representing the Snapology organization to the external market with a high degree of professionalism.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Leads the development and ex*****on of sales strategy in cooperation with the leadership team; which includes formulating long range plans, objectives and goals to develop optimal market pe*******on;
• Handles all initial inquiries from interested prospects via phone, email or in-person;
• Develops and maintains relationships with current customers for internal growth and fulfillment of development plans;
• Manages all required paperwork for new programs and ensures programs are properly entered into Snapology’s operational system, Snapology Manager;
• Participates in sales related projects and activities as communicated by Management;
• Coordinates renewal / up-sell opportunities;
• Participates in Snapology leadership meetings as appropriate to contribute toward sales strategy development
Qualifications:

Previous related sales experience.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with partners in the Area.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Compensation:

Compensation for this position is 100% commission based as follows:
• 20% of total revenue collected minus facility fees for NEW sales
• 10% of total revenue collected minus facility fees for RENEWAL sales
