The Changes 🤰🏽

Pregnancy changes your body so much! And it’s completely normal 😍

However accepting the changes can be very difficult, everyday as a mother of 2 I still have to overcome struggles of accepting the changes.

How to still grounded:

+ look at your scars/marks and compare that to your children & realize that if that’s the price that needed to be paid it was a good one

+ invest in creams, oils and lotions that naturally even out skin tone

+ dress in a way that covers your areas that you are still working through

+ accept yourself flaws and all just like you would tell your little one 🫶🏾

When healthcare professionals are tying to assist baby down the birthing canal “Kneeling” is a popular position that they may suggest.

As a Doula I will advocate moms to listen to HCPs because this laboring position is safe, it helps ease back & most importantly efficient!🫶🏾

Some babies are extremely comfortable or stubborn & allowing your body to sway, rock in lean into this position will help move your labor right along!

Being an ordained minister is mind blowing! I’m so thankful that God called me to step into yet another role 🙏🏾
