It's an absolute thrill for us to announce that our 2024 Party for a Purpose raised over $148,000 in NET revenue! 😱🎉 We are beyond grateful for the support and love that our event sponsors, auction donors, guests, and community partners so generously gave to the kids we help who are experiencing food insecurity. It was such an honor to again partner with GO Pantry for their Party for a Purpose fundraiser! 🥳 Last Saturday, over 300 guests gathered for a fun night with an important mission - to raise funds that will feed food-insecure kids over this upcoming school year. 💚 This has quickly become one of my favorite events to plan, due in no small part to the incredible "Green Team" - I love working with them! It's always fun helping a client plan their first-ever major fundraising event, and GO Pantry's Party for a Purpose was one for the books! 🎉 I knew from the first meeting I took with GO Pantry's co-founders that I wanted to work with them in some capacity, so I was thrilled to have the honor of producing this event. 💚 The "Green Team" embraced every goal and to-do that I put before them, and all their hard work paid off - the event saw 41 sponsors, 250 guests, and nearly DOUBLE their net revenue target! What a party indeed!

This was my first time producing an event in Turfway Park Racing & Gaming's (gorgeous) new event center, and I hope it's the first of many more to come! Such an incredible space, and an even more incredible, customer-focused team... not to mention, the food was outstanding. (I'll be dreaming of the chicken & waffles!)

And it's always a good time when DJ Dave of Wild Mountain Entertainment is in charge of the music - especially when there are special requests!😉

We were also blessed to have the best Master of Ceremonies - Mr. Bob Herzog himself - lead us through the evening's program and an epic game of Heads or Tails. Thanks, Bob, for being a part of the event!

It's always fun to take on an event that's not a traditional fundraising gala - and that was certainly the case with Mill Creek Alliance's 4th Annual Canoes & Conversations event! 🚣🏽‍♀️🚣 From canoe rides to bike rides and even a tour of the Mill Creek Barrier Dam Pump Station, it was a day full of adventure for our nearly 100 by-invite-only guests. We faced more than a few challenges - which is always the case when planning outdoor activities! - but ultimately the weather cooperated and guests had a great time taking part in adventures on and along the Mill Creek. Kudos to the MCA team for a successful event that raised awareness (and even some funds!) for the important work they do! 🛶 (📸 courtesy of MCA and yours truly!)

Happy 2nd Birthday to my company! 💜Over the past two years I've had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with 7 local nonprofits (some as repeat customers!) on everything from social media management, donor CRM solutions, and nonprofit board development to marketing, fundraising, and of course - event planning (my favorite 🤩). I love what I do, and I especially love having a front row seat for watching my clients grow and evolve and accomplish such amazing work in the community. It's been a busy start to the year working with a diverse mix of nonprofit clients who have an equally diverse mix of marketing and fundraising needs. I love the variety of work I get to do on any given day, but I especially love producing events - and my first event of 2023 was no exception!

It was an honor to help Dixie Heights High School plan their 2nd Annual Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame Dinner. The event honored five DHHS alumni who have gone on to accomplish great things in the world. We also celebrated a beloved English teacher who was inducted into the school's Educators Hall of Fame. 📚Congratulations to DHHS and their Colonels Club for a successful, memorable evening celebrating Colonels of the past, present, and future! ❤️🤍🖤

Also, special thanks to the staff at The Gardens Of Park Hills and McHale's Events and Catering for being so fantastic to work with - your customer service is always top-notch!

My last fundraising event of the year was So. Much. Fun! This October I produced New Day Ranch's Boots & Bourbon Gala, which grossed over $64,000 to benefit their incredible horse-assisted therapeutic programs. 🐴 It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I worked with some lovely people along the way (details below).

If your nonprofit is considering a fundraising event for 2023 and you need a little guidance (or a lot), let's talk! I've been professionally planning all kinds of events for over 17 years, and my favorite to coordinate is a fundraiser. 💰 There's no better feeling than raising money to help further a nonprofit's mission!
