The Bar and Bistro is coming up on our one year anniversary, so we decided to celebrate our staff! We will be periodically introducing each one to you with some fun interview questions.

You all really came out yesterday for the start of soup season. Chef had to whip up another classic to finish out the week.

Hearty and comforting potato soup just like Mom used to make. Topped with bacon crumbles, smoked cheddar cheese, & scallions.

The chef whipped up some *tasty* specials this week.
Chicken Curry
Oven roasted chicken quarter, mild curry sauce, onion, ginger, garlic, jalapeño.
Served with rice and naan.
Grilled Shrimp Salad
Romaine tossed with grilled corn, heirloom tomato, red onion, avocado, smoked cheddar, and cilantro. Topped with grilled shrimp.
