Inspired by a research trip to Thailand where mobile bars made from converted Volkswagens are ubiquitous on the streets of Bangkok, the Team at Ace Eat Serve has brought the same concept to Denver. What was once an ordinary, cow-printed, 1978 Volkswagen Bus, has been transformed. The top opens up to reveal a fully functioning, stainless steel bar, suitable for two professional bartenders to serve

beer, wine and crafted cocktails. The Ace Bar Bus, affectionately known as “Penny” can be seen parked on the Ace patio, and is available for private parties and events, taking the noted Ace Bar Program on the road.
