Hello! It's been a long winter, but the weather is finally nice enough to begin booking picnics for the summer! I now have a website! However, the booking inquiry on the website is not working properly, so if you sent in a request and I didn't respond, that is why! Just send me a DM or email and we can get you booked that way. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who booked a picnic with us during our first Summer in business! It means the world that you for trusted us with your proposals, birthdays, date nights, and anniversaries. We are completely booked all of September, and due to previous commitments we will not be doing any October picnics this year. DM us if you would like to be added to the September waitlist, and stay tuned to see what we have in store for the winter!

I'm sorry.

It has been pointed out to me that the former name of my business was racist and had racist connotations. I was not aware of this, and It was never my intent to be hurtful, but that does not excuse my ignorance and lack of education.

Thank you to those who pointed out where I was wrong, and I will continue to educate myself and do research so that this doesn't happen again in the future.

I am absolutely opposed to racism, and will be changing the name of my business immediately. For now, I am Events by Jam (my name) until I can find a better name. If you have suggestions, feel free to DM me.

The DIY option is evolving to better meet your needs. We have now doubled the time allotted per each DIY package as well as added an option for a partial DIY, meaning, if you want us to set it all up, but you are willing to do the tear down, I waive the time limit all together and the picnic setup is yours for the day. This feels less restrictive for perhaps a North Shore day trip or a beach day.

Rustic, live edge table is available on a first come, first serve basis for all picnics (except the DIY). It adds a beautifully rustic look, and is one of a kind as it is custom made! I think Jim approved of the cookie. Don't forget, we are dog friendly! All packages have the option to bring your pup with by adding on the Puppy Package. This includes use of a bed, a blanket, a water bowl with water, and a dog cookie or "bark"cuterie board. Just as with our human picnic items, everything is cleaned in-between guests. An example of a four person deluxe charcuterie basket. All food items come in an insulated cooler bag with an ice pack. Our DIY package: a classic look. The plates and goblets are acrylic so you don't have to worry about breakage, and the blanket is waterproof on the bottom. We meet you at a predetermined location in Duluth, and you just take the basket and go! This option is perfect for a day trip up the North Shore.

This is a vintage Italian rug from the 70s. The gal I bought it from got it when she was there studying abroad (I have no idea why she would want to sell it!), but now it's ours and can be used for your picnic by booking our Italian inspired picnic.
