Hello All!!

Ok we are sorry for the delay in booking but we have been making some improvements to the pavilion and pool areas that took longer than expected.

Here is our plan. We will be canceling all the requested appointments that have been requested.

We will begin taking appointments request via the Book Now button on our page starting MAY 1, 2024 at 10:00 am- note if you try to ask for an appointment before the time of 10:00 am it will be ignored.

We do have dates blocked out for our personal use and family events if your date is not available when you go to request your appointment it is already booked.

Pricing is as followed
2 hour minimum - $350
each additional hour is $100 per hour
6 hour maximum ($750 total)

Times for parties are from 12:00 pm- 6:00pm
that means the party is over and guest are expected to leave at or shortly after 6:00 pm. Guest who reserve the party are responsible for cleaning up and making sure the trash is in the trash can, tables and chairs are back where originally set up.

Party set up - party set up will be allowed an hour before the reserved party. (this does not mean the party starts and hour earlier) this time is for the responsible party to decorate and set up the pavilion as they see fit. all decorations must be taken down at the end of the party.

Parking on the grass is fine as long as the grass and ground are not wet. If wet please stay off the grass

Party release will need to be signed at least one day before the party (we will do a much better job of getting you the release in proper time for this to be done)

Payments must be made at time of request - we will be in contact with you once you request the date and will we confirm the date is available before we ask you to send payment. Payments can be made via venmo -pool-1

Hello all!

We are getting ready to start scheduling for the up coming summer.

We are finalizing family events and once we get things finalized we will make another post and begin the booking process!

NOW FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT...
AVOCADO TACOS
Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 cup of tomato based salsa
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of finely shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup of roughly shredded lettuse
1 package of taco seasoning
Directions
In a skillet brown the hamburger, and the onions, crushing the hamburger up into small pieces. Add the taco seasoning, to suit your taste while cooking.
When the hamburger is done drain and put it into to a bowl.
Cut the avocados in half, and remove the seeds. Carefully remove the avocados from their skins, OR you can leave the outer skins on, your choice.
Put each half on a serving plate with some of the shredded lettuce.
Put the cooked hamburger, onion, and taco seasoning mixture into each avocado half.
Add some salsa, a dollop of sour cream and the Mexican cheese blend on top.
Eat out of the skin using a spoon, or eat taco style if you removed the skins

Hello All!!

We are excited to annouce that on monday March 6th we will start scheduling parties!! the 1st avaliable date is April 15th!! Parties will be able to take place on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

If you have already requested an appointment we have started to deline those to make sure all personal dates are accounted for and the calender is the most up to date as possible for everyone to book parties.

Payments will be required at the time of booking to be officially reserved- we will provide payment info when you request a date

We will try to do our best to work with everyones request and respond in a quick manner.

Remember on Monday March 6th to put in your party request as we will start to respond and take bookings!

Hello All! I know y’all are excited about booking the pool for this upcoming season! We have not yet opened dates we are still finalizing our schedule. We will make another post and let everyone know when the schedule is finalized and when booking will start!

Hello All!! This is the offical page to request renting out the "Pullen Pool" no more calling or texting trying to get a response! All bookings will go through this page!! This page will allow you to see the available dates (thursday, friday and saturday) which you can then request via the book now button and a confirmation will be sent back to your facebook messenger

New this year that will continue from here on out is donations are no longer required we now have rates that must be paid in full
before your scheduled party. We hope this will make things smoother in booking and having parties for everyone

Payments can be made via Venmo to -pool-1

Rates:
2 hours + Cleaing fee = $250
additional hours are $75 per each additional hour (6 hour party maximum) **special pricing for churches/schools/community clubs**
