Last weekend we held our annual Employee Awards Gala to recognize our dedicated employees, socialize, enjoy great food, and have fun over casino games- all with an "Old Wild West" theme. 🤠

We had a great time at the Boots and Bourbon Fundraiser at The Lodge at CRC last night! The silent auction raised money for children and adults of all abilities to explore, play, and grow through integrated summer camps, year-round recreational therapy, therapeutic horseback riding and more.

Our Bourbon BBQ Bacon-wrapped Brisket Bites went so fast we didn't have time to snap a picture of them!

We held the 2024 Chocolate Fest in our Diamond Room over the weekend! The event was hosted by The Kiwanis Club of John Chapman Foundation to raise money for kids' charities and projects in NE Indiana, including Project Reads, Big Brothers/Sisters Skating Party, Central City Scouting, NAMI Adolescent Mental Health, and Riley Hospital.
Big thanks to WANE 15 for covering the story!

🎤Oh, what a night🎤 We had a great time catering Sweetwater's annual Holiday Gala! We served 2,000 people and went through:
700 pounds of Beef Brisket
5,000 peeled and deveined cocktail shrimp
282 pounds of chocolate in our chocolate fountains and
1,500 cheesecake pops
